LUXOR STANDARD VALLEY OF THE KINGS
Luxor - ancient Thebes, legendary city, watered by the waters of the Nile. The city of palaces invites you to step on its threshold and enjoy all the ancient wonders it houses.
Around 4:00 a.m. you will be picked up at the hotel by a modern bus and together with our Egyptologist guide you will leave for Luxor.
The first visit will be to the Karnak Temple, the largest open-air museum, under the auspices of UNESCO, an object of international interest. Here you can admire the majesty of the Obelix, the amazing columns that form the temple and listen to the legend of the ancient scarab.
After this wonderful experience, relax on the banks of the Nile while having lunch in a restaurant. The journey continues in the Valley of the Kings where you will admire the hieroglyphs and paintings from the tombs you will visit.
You will see where Tutankhamun's tomb was discovered. It's time to visit the temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the only female pharaoh in the history of Egypt. The colossi of Memnon, over 3,000 years old, will conclude this foray into the magnificent history of ancient Egypt.
The excursion will end with a visit to the alabaster and papyrus workshop.
